Our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied. If there are any issues at all with your order, please email us at support@myclassroomparty.com right away so that we can make it right.
We realize that oftentimes the delivery of our products is extremely time-sensitive. We will always get our product out the door in the time frame promised on our website. However, we are not responsible for any products arriving late as a result of delivery delays. Please place your orders with plenty of time so that unexpected shipping delays do not spoil your party. If you have a product that will not arrive on time due to shipping delays, please contact us right away at (720) 400-0390. We will work with you about the best options to still make sure your party runs as smoothly as possible.
Damaged Product and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong Party Kit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Due to the seasonal nature of our products, we can not accept returns on any of our seasonal Party Kits after the holiday has passed. If you need to return an unused Party Kit before the holiday it is intended for, you will be responsible for return shipping. Please reach out to us first before sending the product back so that we can discuss the best options for the return.
