Teacher appreciation letter to parents

Hi Parents of (insert teacher’s name) class,

Teacher appreciation week is coming up and I thought it would be great to plan something fun for our fanastic teacher. I am _________'s mom (or dad) and I will be collecting contributions for a group gift.  Here are some ideas I have in mind (list ideas or if you've decided what you'd like to get insert that here). 

If you would like to contribute to the group gift can you please Venmo me (or enter your preferred payment method) @(enter Venmo name) your desired contribution to help with a group gift when you have a chance?  Please put your student’s name in the comments. 

I would also like to have each student fill out one of these "All About My Teacher" printables. Can you please download it by clicking the link and print it at home for your student to fill out. If you are not able to download it or print it, I can print extras. Please just email me to let me know and I will have __(insert your students name)__ bring one to give to your child to fill out. Please return these filled out to  (Insert your students name) by (insert desired date) so that I will have time to put them all together in a book for the teacher.
